| CLP Power Hong Kong visits Robulink and HND Metering |

March 16, 2007, Metering Technical Group of CLP Power Hong Kong visits Robulink and HND seeking
possible cooperation between two companies for new generation Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI)
and related solid-state meters. RobuNet ? Wireless Mesh Network enabled AMI System was demonstrated.
Impressively, the capability and functionalities of RobuNet ? Mesh Network devices/meters are demonstrated
including comprehensive remote real-time meter reading, remote disconnect and reconnect, and remote
prepayment. Also, full range of HND solid-state meters are discussed and reviewed. Mr. CW Yu, Technical
Manager of Metering Systems of CLP Power Hong Kong, said ¡°The demonstration and the deployment
results of your AMI System are very impressive. We are looking for the further information exchange and
deep discussion for the possible application in the environment of Hong Kong .¡± |
